About the role

The Wall Street Quants is seeking a full-time Street Interview Content Creator in New York City or Miami, FL. The position involves building the largest media brand in quantitative finance, trading, and high-performance careers. The role requires creating engaging street-interview content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X, focusing on finance, hedge funds, quantitative trading, investing, technology, and high-income careers.

Responsibilities

• Interview quantitative traders, software engineers, finance professionals, students, aspiring quants, and everyday people interested in careers, money, investing, compensation, and success.
• Create compelling content that captures attention and sparks conversation.
• Develop concepts, film content, analyze performance, and help grow the brand.

Requirements

• Must be located near Manhattan or Miami.
• Comfortable being on camera for extended periods.
• Highly outgoing and able to confidently approach strangers.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Strong understanding of social media content trends.
• Able to identify compelling stories and interesting personalities.
• Willingness to travel for filming opportunities.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.

• Ability to consistently create content at a high volume.

Preferred Qualifications
