About the role

The Wall Street Quants is seeking a full-time Street Interview Content Creator in New York City or Miami FL. The position involves building the largest media brand in quantitative finance, trading, and high-performance careers through engaging content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.

Responsibilities

• Interview quantitative traders, software engineers, finance professionals, students, aspiring quants, and everyday people interested in careers, money, investing, compensation, and success.
• Create engaging street-interview content that attracts millions of views.
• Develop concepts, film content, analyze performance, and help grow the brand.

Requirements

• MUST BE LOCATED NEAR MANHATTAN OR MIAMI
• Comfortable being on camera for extended periods
• Highly outgoing and able to confidently approach strangers
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills
• Strong understanding of social media content trends
• Able to identify compelling stories and interesting personalities
• Willingness to travel for filming opportunities
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Interest in finance, investing, technology, economics, or business
• Ability to consistently create content at a high volume

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience creating TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or street-interview content
• Journalism, media, communications, marketing, or content creation background
• Existing social media audience
• Experience interviewing professionals or conducting public interviews
• Knowledge of quantitative finance, trading, investment banking, software engineering, or related fields
