Content Writer | Producer (Financial Services)

About the role

Creative Circle's Managed Services division is seeking a Content Writer | Producer to support a leading financial services organization's Field Marketing team. This role will drive advisor awareness, understanding, and adoption of marketing programs, policies, and resources through strategic communications, learning content, and enablement initiatives. This role is fully remote, 40 hours per week for 6 months with potential to extend.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal and external communications strategies that help financial advisors understand marketing initiatives, expectations, resources, and required actions.
• Support the rollout and adoption of marketing and social media policies through targeted communications and education programs.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Practice Management, and Learning & Development teams to create and deliver educational content, curriculum, training materials, and enablement resources.
• Recommend effective communication channels, messaging approaches, and engagement strategies to maximize advisor awareness and adoption.
• Create a variety of communications and learning content, including articles, presentations, toolkits, job aids, guides, and other field-facing materials.
• Continuously improve the effectiveness, consistency, and reach of marketing communications and learning programs.
• Track feedback and engagement to identify opportunities for enhanced field communication and education.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, content strategy, internal communications, or related marketing roles.
