We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must not include boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the content. First, there is an intro about Harper: "Content Coordinator Harper is an AI-native commercial insurance company..." That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. The intro includes company description and role context. We can put that under

About the role

with paragraphs. Then responsibilities: bullet list under "What You'll Do". We'll create

Responsibilities

with
  • items. Then "Who You Are": list of traits. Could be under

    Qualifications

    or

    Skills

. The posting also has a "Requirements" section later with bullet list of required experience. Also "Nice to have". We need to decide sections. We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for: - About the role: company description and role purpose. - Responsibilities: bullet list under "What You'll Do". - Requirements: bullet list under "Requirements" (3+ years experience etc). Also maybe "Nice to have" could be under Skills or Qualifications? But we can treat "Nice to have" as part of Skills or Qualifications? The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine Requirements and Nice to have under Requirements? But they are distinct. However we could put Requirements as required, and Nice to have as Skills? Actually "Skills" could be the nice-to-have. But we also have "Who You Are" which is more about personal attributes; could be Qualifications. Let's map: - About the role: company description + role purpose. - Responsibilities: bullet list from "What You'll Do". - Qualifications: "Who You Are" bullet list (traits). Could also include "Nice to have" as part of Qualifications? But we have a separate Requirements section for hard requirements. - Requirements: bullet list under "Requirements" (3+ years experience, strong writing, managing calendar, interviews, metrics, organized). Also maybe "Based in SF or willing to relocate" is a requirement? It's under Who You Are? Actually it's under "Who You Are" bullet: "You're based in San Francisco or willing to relocate." That could be a requirement. We'll include it in Requirements. - Skills: maybe "Nice to have" list: experience writing for B2B/SMB, SEO, sales enablement, CMS, design tools, thought leadership exposure. That's skills. - Benefits: list under "Compensation & Logistics": Uber commuter benefits, meals provided, snacks, drinks, coffee, free gym membership, health/dental/vision insurance. - Pay: Salary range $110,000–$150,000, plus performance bonus and equity. - Schedule: Monday–Friday, long days, in the building with the team. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title. Not include Job ID. We must not include application instructions, process, etc. Remove "Process People screen — fit and alignment Lead screen — skills and judgment Super day — how you operate in real time To apply Send your resume..." etc. Also remove "Compensation Range: $110K - $150K" duplicate? We'll keep Pay section. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the company description, role purpose, responsibilities list, who you are list, requirements list, nice-to-have list, benefits, pay, schedule. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Keep details. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

    About the role

... company description and role purpose ...

    Responsibilities

    • Own the content calendar. Plan, manage, and execute Harper's content program across blog, email, social, and field marketing assets — keeping the calendar organized and stakeholders aligned.
    • Write and edit across formats. Produce high-quality blog posts, customer stories, thought leadership, email copy, and sales enablement materials.
    • Develop customer stories. Interview customers, find the compelling narratives, and turn them into case studies, testimonials, and stories that build trust with prospects.
    • Support field marketing. Create and maintain the assets that help Harper show up effectively at events, in partnerships, and in direct sales conversations.
    • Collaborate on thought leadership. Work with founders and subject matter experts to develop and publish perspectives that position Harper as a voice in commercial insurance.
    • Track content performance. Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion for content assets, and use the data to inform future planning and priorities.

    Qualifications

    • You're a strong writer who can adapt tone and format across a wide range of content types without losing quality.
    • You've managed a content calendar with multiple contributors and formats and kept it running on schedule.
    • You know how to turn a 30-minute customer interview into a story that makes a prospect say "that sounds like me."
    • You understand the difference between content that builds authority and content that fills a quota.
    • You're highly organized and can track multiple projects at different stages without things falling through the cracks.
    • You have a point of view on what good content looks like — and the conviction to advocate for it.
    • You're based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of content marketing experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates range across formats (long-form, short-form, email, and assets)
    • Strong writing and editing skills with demonstrable ability to adapt voice and tone for different audiences and channels
    • Experience managing a content calendar and coordinating content production with multiple stakeholders
    • Ability to conduct interviews and distill complex or technical information into clear, accessible narratives
    • Working knowledge of content performance metrics and the ability to use data to inform planning decisions
    • Highly organized with strong project management instincts

    • Experience writing for a B2B or SMB audience, particularly in financial services, insurance, or a related industry (nice to have)
    • Background developing SEO-informed content in partnership with an SEO strategist (nice to have)
    • Experience creating sales enablement materials or field marketing assets (nice to have)
    • Familiarity with content management systems, email platforms, and basic design tools (nice to have)
    • Exposure to thought leadership and executive content programs (nice to have)

    Benefits

    • Uber commuter benefits
    • Meals provided — breakfast, lunch, and dinner
    • Snacks, drinks, and coffee stocked daily
    • Free gym membership
    • Health, dental, and vision insurance

    Pay

Salary: $110,000–$150,000, plus performance bonus and equity.

    Schedule

Monday–Friday, long days, in the building with the team.

We need to ensure we didn't include any filler like "nice to have" inside the li? It's okay to include that phrase as part of the description; it's substantive. However we might want to keep it as part of the li text. It's fine. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not included boilerplate. Check for any mention of "Compensation & Logistics" we split into Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check for any mention of "Location: On-site, San Francisco. Based here or willing to relocate." That's covered in Qualifications (you're based in SF or willing to relocate). Could also be in Requirements but we placed it there. It's fine. Check for any mention of "Almost no one joins Harper for insurance; they join to build the company that replaces how it works." That's part of About the role. We need to include all substantive info from the intro: "Content Coordinator Harper is an AI-native commercial insurance company in San Francisco. We're not bolting AI onto insurance — we're rebuilding the entire business as software, on a simple bet: turning expert human judgment into compute is one of the largest transitions left to make, and a trillion-dollar industry still run 90% by hand is the place to prove it. We've grown ~100x in the last year and we move at that speed — on-site, in person, long days, very high standards. Almost no one joins Harper for insurance; they join to build the company that replaces how it works. The role Harper is building something remarkable — and the world needs to know it. Our customers are real small business owners with real stories, and our product is genuinely changing how commercial insurance works. But none of that matters if we can't tell the story compellingly, consistently, and at the right moment. You own the content that shapes how customers, prospects, and investors think about Harper: the blog posts that establish our authority, the customer stories that build trust, the thought leadership that puts our founders in the conversation, and the marketing assets that make every field interaction more effective." We need to include that in About the role paragraph(s). Let's craft a paragraph that includes all that. We'll produce:

    About the role

Harper is an AI-native commercial insurance company in San Francisco. We're not bolting AI onto insurance — we're rebuilding the entire business as software, on a simple bet: turning expert human judgment into compute is one of the largest transitions left to make, and a trillion‑dollar industry still run 90% by hand is the place to prove it. We've grown ~100x in the last year and we move at that speed — on‑site, in person, long days, very high standards. Almost no one joins Harper for insurance; they join to build the company that replaces how it works. The role: Harper is building something remarkable — and the world needs to know it. Our customers are real small business owners with real stories, and our product is genuinely changing how commercial insurance works. But none of that matters if we can't tell the story compellingly, consistently, and at the right moment. You own the content that shapes how customers, prospects, and investors think about Harper: the blog posts that establish our authority, the customer stories that build trust, the thought leadership that puts our founders in the conversation, and the marketing assets that make every field interaction more effective.

That covers. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "What You'll Do" list we captured fully. The "Who You Are" list we captured fully. The "Requirements" list we captured fully. The "Nice to have" we captured as Skills. The "Compensation & Logistics" we captured benefits, pay, schedule. Also note "Based here or willing to relocate." Already in Qualifications. Check for any other info: "Process People screen — fit and alignment Lead screen — skills and judgment Super day — how you operate in real time To apply Send your resume and two to three examples of your work across different formats — ideally including something that genuinely moved the needle." That's application instructions/process, we must remove. Good. Check for "Compensation Range: $110K - $150K" duplicate; we have Pay section. Now output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's produce final
