Contact Center Sales Representative

Role Overview: A goal-oriented Contact Center Sales Representative responsible for outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting tailored products or services, handling objections, and closing sales. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, meeting or exceeding sales targets, following scripts and compliance guidelines, and collaborating with team members to improve strategies. Qualifications: Must be 18+, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have 1-2 years of sales experience in a contact center or telesales environment.Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.
