Contact Center Sales Representative
About the role

We specialize in delivering Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) cloud technology solutions across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Promote tailored solutions and close sales effectively
- Handle objections confidently
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow scripts and compliance guidelines to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve strategies
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a contact center or telesales environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Subject to the program and location of the position
- Willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Willing to submit to drug screening

Pay

Schedule
The role operates in a professional office environment with occasional travel to client sites. The employee will be required to sit/stand for long periods and use a computer and telephone headset. Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.
