About the role

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Promote tailored solutions and close sales effectively
  • Handle objections confidently
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Follow scripts and compliance guidelines to ensure quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve strategies

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a contact center or telesales environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
  • Subject to the program and location of the position
  • Willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
  • Willing to submit to drug screening

Pay

Starting compensation is based on experience and is competitive within the industry. Details will be provided upon application.

Schedule

The role operates in a professional office environment with occasional travel to client sites. The employee will be required to sit/stand for long periods and use a computer and telephone headset. Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.
