Contact Center Sales Representative
About the role

We specialize in Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) solutions across various industries including healthcare, retail, government, education, telecom, technology, e-commerce, and finance.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Promote tailored solutions and close sales effectively
- Handle objections confidently
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow scripts and compliance guidelines to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve strategies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a contact center or telesales environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools

The role operates in a professional office environment. Employees will primarily sit and stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. Occasional movement and lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.
