Contact Center Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to provide exceptional, empathetic, and accurate support to consumers primarily through phone interactions. The ideal candidate will handle consumer inquiries, complaints, product questions, and feedback while providing approved product and nutrition guidance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication, active listening, and empathy skills
• Previous customer service or contact center experience preferred
• Basic computer and CRM/system proficiency
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and in a 24/7 environment as needed
• Ability to follow established processes, compliance, privacy, and quality standards
