The Contact Center Coordinator position is a remote opportunity based in the United States. This role serves as a key connection point between caregivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for caregivers, clients, and internal teams, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Confirm caregiver attendance for scheduled visits and help ensure clients receive consistent and reliable support.
- Cookordinator scheduling adjustments, caregiver absences, and staffing solutions for active cases.
- Respond to urgent escalations and client concerns while ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, requests, resolutions, and operational updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Aid in quality assurance activities, including reviewing calls and documentation for accuracy and service standards.
Requirements for this role include:
- A highly organized and empathetic professional with customer service experience and the ability to manage sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to remain effective in a high-volume remote environment.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Previous customer service experience, including experience working remotely.
- Experience with scheduling, workforce coordination, or contact center operations preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
