Contact Center Coordinator

About the role

Join the Center for Public Management (OU CPM) at the University of Oklahoma and be part of a team dedicated to making a daily impact in the lives of Oklahomans. This position provides services that establish child support cases. If you like to conduct detailed research using a variety of online data sources, to locate and verify information, this is the job for you. Position subject to renewal based on availability of funds. Hiring contingent upon a background check.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18 months experience in data analysis, project coordination, or related experience

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
