Consumer Service Coordinator

About the role

Our client's Global Supply Chain team is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join them at their East Aurora location and help support the promotions and consumer fulfillment processes.

What You'll Do

• Process incoming promotion submissions, including opening envelopes/boxes and verifying contents
• Count blister cards and review receipts for accuracy and compliance
• Enter case data into Salesforce and CATS
• Place and review orders for products
• Communicate with consumers via email to support inquiries and order status
• Provide support to warehouse operations as needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a call center or warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of excellent attendance and performance
• A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Rate: $18

East Aurora, NY | Monday–Friday

Scope: 6-month w2 contract, full-time (40 hours per week) with a high potential to extend or convert
