About the role

Humanidei is seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Interim CEO. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the credit union movement, a passion for people-centric strategies, and a track record of driving organizational growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of Humanidei, aligning the organization with the mission of people helping people.
• Oversee all aspects of Humanidei's operations, including human resources, training, and people strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including credit union leaders, partners, and industry influencers.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance Humanidei's impact and reach within the credit union community.
• Ensure alignment between Humanidei's goals and the broader credit union movement, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role, ideally within the credit union sector.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in strategic planning and organizational development.
• A demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
• Experience in building and managing partnerships, with a successful track record of expanding the organization's network and visibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and build consensus.
• A deep understanding of the credit union movement and its role in supporting communities and member well-being.
• Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, organizational development, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred, particularly in organizational development, leadership studies, or a related field.
• Experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership coaching.
• Knowledge of credit union operations, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
