Now Hiring: Consumer Lending Manager | Worcester County, MA Fully in-office, 830am-5pm I’m partnering with a well-established financial institution that is looking to add an experienced Consumer Lending Manager to its team.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background in consumer lending, loan operations, underwriting, and indirect lending who enjoys both managing a team and being involved in the day-to-day lending process.Key responsibilities include:• Approving/denying consumer loans and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations• Managing consumer loan systems, rate tables, policies, procedures, and quality control• Overseeing indirect auto lending, funding, documentation, and dealer relationships• Conducting post-closing reviews and identifying opportunities for training and process improvement• Managing and developing lending operations staff• Preparing reports, reconciling invoices, and supporting consumer lending initiatives What we’re looking for:✔️ 5–8+ years of experience in loan origination, underwriting, consumer lending, or indirect lending✔️ Banking or financial services experience✔️ Previous management/leadership experience✔️ Strong knowledge of consumer lending processes and loan systems✔️ NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance✔️ Strong attention to detail and communication skills Please email me your most updated resume to Thatiane Abrantes for immediate consideration.
