Consumer Loan Administrator

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate consumer loan documents and files
• Track and follow up on required documentation to ensure timely processing
• Communicate with customers to gather information and resolve documentation issues
• Process loan payments, paid loan files, and closing documentation
• Support loan officers throughout the loan lifecycle
• Cookordinate with internal departments and external partners

Qualifications and Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Prior administrative or loan-related experience is preferred
• A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required
• Proficiency with business software applications is necessary
