Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, licensed insurance professionals to join our team as Consumer Insurance Call Center Phone Sales Representatives. This role involves connecting with prospective clients, educating them on insurance products, and guiding them through the sales process.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Build trust and maintain professionalism during every interaction
- Guide clients through the quoting, enrollment, and policy selection process
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent pipeline activity
- Accurately document customer information and sales activity within company systems
- Meet and exceed sales, activity, and performance goals
- Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company standards
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through policy issuance

What We're Looking For
- Must hold at least one active insurance license: Property & Casualty (P&C), Life & Health (L&H), Personal Lines
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Professional phone presence and customer-focused attitude
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Coachable and receptive to feedback and ongoing development
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Willingness to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to work effectively in a performance-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous insurance sales experience
- Prior call center experience
- Customer service experience
- Inside sales or phone sales experience
- Experience using CRM and lead management systems
