Main Duties
- Support our Account Managers and assist in servicing our existing clients.
- Affiliate with bond-related administrative activities, shipment-specific insurance quotations, certificate of insurance issuance, and policy servicing/submissions/changes.
- Process account changes, assist with premium collections, fielding phone calls, client communications, and more.
- Learn our customer portals (EPIC, Indio) and provide excellent customer support.
- Handle the administrative support of the region and data organization as needed.
Requirements
- Professional customer service background, preferably in Insurance or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Qualifications
- Must attain Massachusetts Property and Casualty license within 120 days of hire.
- Prior experience in an insurance-related capacity is preferred but not required.
