Buchanan’s New York City office is seeking a Staff Attorney with 3-5 years’ litigation experience to join our fast-paced and collaborative Consumer Finance Litigation group.

• Handle client contact and court appearances
• Conduct depositions
• Manage active litigation cases

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ litigation experience
• Admission to practice in New York (or eligibility to waive into New York and New Jersey)
• Exceptional academic achievements
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet multiple deadlines
