About the role

In this role, you will focus on building relationships with borrowers and helping them achieve home ownership. The loan officer position offers a base salary plus commission, opportunity for bonuses, and full benefits. Training and licensing are provided, including comprehensive NMLS licensing training and complete onboarding. Leads are supplied through our visionary marketing team’s cutting-edge lead program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver award-winning customer service in an inside sales environment
• Identify prospective customers through company-generated inbound leads
• Conduct customer needs analysis to understand and align with customer goals
• Create and nurture relationships with prospects and customers to build trust and encourage referral business
• Conduct thorough follow-up and outbound calls to interested consumers
• Close sales and advise customers of next steps
• Stay current on new products, licensing, and compliance through ongoing education

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service-oriented environment
• Strong phone presence, listening, and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and efficiently manage time in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Team player who thrives in a structured and competitive environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience preferred.

Pay

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.31, along with eligibility to earn monthly commissions. Actual pay rate may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
