Consulting Solutions Executive
About the role
Pega’s consulting solutions executive role involves working with an energetic, experienced, and passionate team to help Pega grow its software and services business. You will provide high-quality services to key enterprise clients and partners, and help develop a delivery infrastructure for their rapid growth. This role will work on several high-profile and complex client engagements and help advance Pega's industry-wide solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead work efforts, execute, and grow Consulting billings across key existing Enterprise clients.
- Achieve annual quota licenses by supporting software sales.
- Advocate during the sales process for best practice delivery approach to be followed on all Pega projects.
- Lead the efforts to define, scope, size, and propose new Pega application implementations to clients.
- Provide field feedback to the product management and engineering teams responsible for Pega applications.
- Develop and maintain deep client contacts as assigned.
- Achie and maintain assigned Pega certifications and needed credentials.
Requirements
- You have 7+ years of experience selling professional services and software.
- You have experience selling services and software at an enterprise level for SLED or Public Sector based clients.
- You can persuade and influence others, using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of thoughts, plans, activities, services, and products.
- You can collaborate across different business units to achieve favorable business development outcomes.
- You can achieve role-based Pega certifications.
- Finance knowledge is preferred.
- You have experience selling services to large organizations, including directly to C-suite talent.

- You are a natural, fast-paced learner who can turn out solutions of your own initiative and position yourself as an educator equipped to offer practical solutions to relevant industry problems.
- You can speak with confidence and clarity and hold gravitas in conversations with C-suite executives within Strategic enterprise clients.

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $159,700 - $243,400 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
