Consulting Manager, Transformation Strategy, Architecture and Delivery

About the role

This position involves leading and driving transformation initiatives that align with clients' strategic goals, focusing on business and technology architecture frameworks, program management, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions.
• Manage strategic programs using Agile methodologies like SAFe and Scrum.
• Develop governance models, roadmaps, and business cases to secure executive buy-in.
• Define and execute technology transformation strategies, optimize costs, and modernize capabilities.
• Support enterprise-wide technology and business process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or graduate degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in consulting, including client service, stakeholder management, and delivering recommendations.
• Experience with AI tools, emerging technologies, and leading workstreams or small teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, facilitate meetings, and synthesize complex inputs.
• Experience in large-scale transformation initiatives, program governance, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, and others.
