About the role

This position involves leading and driving transformation initiatives for clients by designing and delivering business and technology architecture frameworks, program management strategies, and value realization structures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to plan, design, and implement transformative solutions, leveraging Agile methodologies and governance models.
• Support technology strategy, cost optimization, enterprise architecture, and organizational change efforts.
• Manage workstreams or small teams, handle stakeholder communication, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to business development activities like proposals and client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with several years of consulting experience, including client service, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
• Experience with AI tools, project management, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support business growth.
