Consulting Manager - Transformation Strategy, Architecture, and Delivery

About the role

This position involves leading and driving transformation initiatives that align with clients' strategic goals, focusing on business and technology architecture frameworks, program management, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions.
• Manage workstreams, guide project teams, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Shape governance models, develop strategies, and support technology and business transformation efforts.
• Leverage emerging technologies and AI tools to enhance solutions.
• Contribute to client relationships, proposals, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience or graduate degree with 4 years.
• At least three years of consulting experience in client service, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
• Experience leading workstreams or small teams, applying structured frameworks, and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of program management tools, delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work flexibly, support high-quality delivery, and contribute to business growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale transformation programs, technology operating models, and enterprise architecture.
