Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of all financial operations and planning activities
• Strategic guidance on technology investments and data analytics
• Development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Partnership with senior leadership to drive growth and profitability
• Management of relationships with investors, lenders, and other external stakeholders
• Leadership and mentorship of finance and accounting teams to ensure performance and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role
• Strong technical background with expertise in data analysis and technology integration
• Excellence in accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proven ability to drive innovation and leverage technology within finance functions
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Diverse industry experience strongly preferred
