Chief Financial Officer

What You’ll Do

• Lead all Finance and Accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Partner closely with the CEO to set company strategy and ensure alignment across the executive team and broader organization.
• Build scalable financial systems, processes, and controls to support global, multi-channel growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and capital allocation.
• Develop financial metrics and dashboards that enable clear performance management.
• Lead investor relations and Board communication.
• Pearl closely with cross-functional leaders to evaluate the business, new opportunities, partnerships, and global expansion.
• Serve as a key voice with the Board of Directors, investors, and other external stakeholders, alongside the CEO.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, transparency, and high performance across the company.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance in consumer goods, retail, or adjacent industries.
• Proven track record as a CFO in a fast-scaling, global, multi-channel business.
• Deep financial expertise, including financial planning, forecasting, capital allocation, and performance management.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Investor relations and Board communication experience.
• Business development or M&A experience, including deal evaluation, integration planning, or partnership development.
• Excellent communication, influence, and leadership skills, with ability to operate as a trusted partner to the CEO and Board.
• High integrity, low ego, and a collaborative leadership style.
