About the role

The GPS Human Capital team at Deloitte helps organizations reimagine work, the workforce, and the workplace across the enterprise. We transform HR functions with artificial intelligence and emerging technology, focusing on improving workforce access, development, motivation, organization, and culture to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver recorded end-user training sessions for application releases based on user needs and operational requirements
  • Develop demonstration videos to highlight new feature capabilities by release
  • Translate functional and technical system changes into end-user training materials
  • Design and develop practical learning assets for defined user groups
  • Support training administration and logistics associated with training delivery
  • Provide subject-matter support for application and analytics training under the contract

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering end-user training for enterprise applications, software implementations, or analytics tools
  • 2+ years of experience creating recorded training sessions, demonstration videos, and written training materials for system releases or feature updates
  • 2+ years of experience using content authoring tools to develop digital learning assets and training materials
  • 2+ years of experience translating functional or technical system changes into training content for defined end-user audiences
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Ability to travel up to 5% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience, active Secret clearance
  • Preferred: Experience supporting training for federal government or Government and Public Services environments, experience supporting application release training cycles, experience developing role-based training for multiple end-user groups, experience supporting training administration, scheduling, and delivery logistics, experience working with learning management systems, experience supporting application and analytics training in a contract-based environment

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $71,300 - $140,600.
