About the role

The Consultant-Talent Sourcing Intermediate plays a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives, developing passionate teams, and working to improve health outcomes. This role emphasizes proactive research, strategic outreach, and engagement with passive candidates. The Talent Sourcing Consultant manages multiple requisitions simultaneously and provides insights that strengthen the overall recruiting strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Sources, attracts, and engages top talent from all backgrounds using a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and community outreach.
  • Develops and implements tailored recruitment strategies that reach a broad and diverse pool of candidates while building strong relationships with universities, external organizations, and community groups to expand the talent pipeline.
  • Works collaboratively with stakeholders, the talent sourcing team, talent acquisition consultants, and hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies, job descriptions, and interview processes that reflect organizational values.
  • Conducts screening discussions to assess candidates' qualifications and maintains ongoing engagement with passive talent for future hiring needs.
  • Keeps accurate candidate records and analyzes recruitment metrics to provide insights that support continuous improvement of hiring initiatives.
  • Stays current on recruitment trends and best practices to share valuable knowledge with the team and contribute to an effective, inclusive talent acquisition strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required, or equivalent years of experience within a matrixed organization, healthcare setting preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting/Sourcing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms, and other recruitment tools.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
