About the Role

The Consultant-Talent Sourcing Intermediate proactively sources, engages, and attracts diverse top talent through strategic outreach methods such as social media, job boards, networking, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple requisitions while providing insights to enhance recruiting strategies.
• Build relationships with universities, organizations, and community groups to expand the talent pipeline.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop tailored recruitment strategies, job descriptions, and interview processes aligned with organizational values.
• Conduct candidate screenings and maintain ongoing engagement with passive talent for future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and analyze recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on recruitment trends and best practices to contribute to an inclusive talent acquisition approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques, applicant tracking systems, and candidate relationship management platforms.
