Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end procurement execution for the AI infrastructure program, ensuring critical purchase orders are created, prioritized, and executed on time through close partnership with Planning, Commodity Procurement, Suppliers, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Drive AI supply chain transformation initiatives by defining future-state operating models and partnering with modernization teams to design and implement automation, analytics, and technology solutions that streamline procurement processes and improve scalability.
  • Develop data-driven insights and reporting using SQL and analytical tools to proactively identify risks, optimize procurement performance, and support executive-level decision making.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership across Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Management, and Finance to align priorities, resolve complex supply challenges, and deliver business outcomes.
  • Champion continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve visibility, and strengthen execution across Dell's AI server, GPU, and networking supply chain ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Commodity Management, Materials Management, or related functions within server, networking, semiconductor, AI infrastructure, or data center environments.
  • Strong understanding of networking, GPU, AI server, or high-performance computing supply chains, including supply planning, procurement execution, and supplier management processes.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience using SQL, reporting tools, and data analytics to derive actionable business insights and drive operational improvements.
  • Prominent ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, and communicate effectively through executive presentations and business reviews.
  • Experience designing, implementing, or driving process improvement, automation, digital transformation, or operating model initiatives within supply chain or procurement organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering critical business outcomes.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting AI infrastructure programs, including NVIDIA, AI networking, GPU platforms, or large-scale data center/server deployments.
  • Knowledge of procurement automation technologies, workflow solutions, process mining, ERP systems, or low-code automation platforms.
  • Experience working with Agile modernization teams to develop digital solutions that improve supply chain execution and operational efficiency.
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management, Lean Six Sigma, Data Analytics, or related disciplines is a plus.
