Procurement Consultant
About the role
Beacon Hill is partnering with a Financial Services Firm in Manhattan to bring an experienced Procurement Consultant to their team on a contract basis. This role is responsible for purchase order processing, spot buys & low‑value purchasing, supplier delivery monitoring, procurement reports & dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day procurement activities including requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and vendor communications.
- Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Resolve routine supplier issues by coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to procurement documentation and contract status.
- Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and reports.
Qualifications
- 4 + years of procurement experience.
- Ability to work on a contract basis in Manhattan.
