About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including but not limited to:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet quarterly targets.
- Managing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

- A proven track record in sales management and leadership.

Requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in sales and/or sales management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
