Construction Working Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Cookordinate project schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project progress using construction management software such as Procore and Primavera P6.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, contracts, and construction documents to ensure proper execution.
• Perform routine site inspections and enforce OSHA safety requirements.
• Cookordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work and material deliveries.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with field work and operate construction tools as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, project scheduling, budgeting, and estimating.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contract documents.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and construction site safety practices.
• Proven leadership experience managing field personnel and subcontractors.
• Experience with heavy civil construction and pipeline projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with using testing equipment, including an ohmmeter, for quality control is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
