Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle — from estimating, budgeting, and scheduling through completion and client turnover.
• Cookordinate design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage subcontractor selection, buyouts, and contracts.
• Lead client communications, progress meetings, and project reporting.
• Monitor job costs, change orders, and schedule performance to meet financial and delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all project phases.
• Support business development through preconstruction input, proposals, and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–10+ years of experience in general contracting, design-build, or EPC environments.
• Proven success managing projects in one or more of the following sectors: commercial, industrial, energy, or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Bluebeam, or related tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
