Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the construction of guest homes and full-sized homes from start to finish.
• Cookordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers.
• Ensure all work is completed according to design, specifications, and local building codes.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.
• Maintain detailed project records and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license.
