About the role

The Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) plays a crucial role in ensuring safety and compliance on construction sites. This position requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to enforce them effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Document incidents and violations for further action.
• Provide immediate assistance to workers in case of emergencies.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are in proper working condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• At least 2 years of experience in a construction-related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Basic first responder training.
• Experience with safety inspection software.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
