The Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with construction workers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction sites for adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Document violations and incidents for reporting to management.
• Provide immediate assistance to workers in emergency situations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of experience in a construction-related field.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety practices.
• Experience with first aid and CPR certifications preferred.
