About the role

Covering Brady, NE, Contractor Services, Inc. (CSI) is seeking Construction Surveillance Technicians for its growing traffic control company. Based in North Platte, Nebraska, CSI serves central Nebraska and the panhandle of Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Position and maintain traffic control devices on roadway construction projects.
• Make hourly trips through the work zone to check device placement.
• Train in classroom and on-the-job settings.

Requirements

• At least 23 years of age.
• Driver’s License (required).
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs.
• Professional demeanor with co-workers and public.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary; training provided.
• Must follow the Safety Handbook.
• Ability to work safely around traffic and other contractors.
• Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
