Primary Responsibilities

  • Validate access requirements and maintain/update access rosters as necessary.
  • Review the visitor’s log/EAL upon assumption of daily duties as well as at the end of the shift/day to ensure all personnel at the site are authorized per the contract and that the site is secure at the beginning and end of each day of construction.
  • Ensure prohibited items are not introduced into the area.
  • Coordinate with relevant superintendents and project managers regarding schedule and onsite observations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervisory responsibilities are not anticipated.

Education And/or Experience

  • Interpersonal skills sufficiently influence employees and subcontractors to actively achieve mutual goals.
  • Proven ability to communicate with employees and customers including government.
  • Must possess capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

Security Clearance

Secret clearance required.

Physical Demands

  • Occasionally stand; walk; sit; use hands and/or fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls;
  • Operate office equipment, reach with hands and arms;
  • Climb stairs;
  • Balance;
  • Stoop;
  • Kneel;
  • Talk or hear;
  • Taste or smell.

Work Environment

  • Mostly on active construction sites within secured buildings/facilities.
  • Some travel both domestically and internationally required based on business demands.
