Construction & Surety Defense Attorney — Philadelphia / Hybrid Remote — Established Regional Firm
Job Details
Represent owners, general contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, lenders, borrowers, architects, engineers, and insurance and surety companies in construction and surety-related matters
Draft and negotiate construction contracts and manage project administration matters
Handle construction defect litigation, delay and disruption claims, breach of contract, mechanic's lien claims, surety bond and indemnity claims
Manage matters through arbitration, ADR, and all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial
Looking For
- Pennsylvania Bar Admission; New Jersey a plus
- 4+ years of experience
- Construction and surety background
- Ability to independently manage a broad caseload across litigation and transactional matters
