We are seeking a mid-career to senior Superintendent to lead ground-up multi-family projects valued at $120–500 million in Manhattan and the Bronx. Experience with residential high-rise and lump-sum projects in NYC is preferred, along with proficiency in Procore software.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up multi-family construction projects valued at $120–500 million.

Requirements

• 5+ years of supervision experience preferred.
• Experience with residential high-rise and lump-sum projects in NYC.
• Procore software experience preferred.

Benefits
