You will step into a premier field leadership role, directly driving the safe and successful execution of large-scale high-rise and multi-family construction developments. This position grants you the site autonomy to manage complex operations while collaborating closely with subcontractors to build long-term partnerships. Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site high-rise construction activities to ensure operations are completed safely, on schedule, and to exact quality standards.
- Enforce site safety policies, maintain a clean jobsite, and hold all subcontractors strictly accountable for structural and regulatory compliance.
- Drive project schedules through critical path planning, three-week lookaheads, and proactive coordination of material deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain detailed field documentation, including comprehensive daily reports, site photos, submittals, and as-built drawings.
- Cook seamlessly with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and utility providers to maintain continuous, uninterrupted field operations.
- Document and submit safety training logs, major delivery records, and incident reports within strict 24-hour windows.
Requirements
- Proven field leadership experience overseeing major high-rise construction projects.
- Absolute willingness to travel up to 20% to various regional project sites.
- Minimum of 6 years of related work experience in construction or field operations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong proficiency using Procore software for field reporting and document tracking.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, wood frame or structural multi-family builds.
- Outgoing personality with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and support field staff.
