About the Role
A highly regarded family-owned General Contractor is seeking a Mid-Career Superintendent to work on projects in Queens. The ideal candidate should have experience working on projects over $15 million.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure project compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
- Experience working on projects over $15 million
- Procore and AutoCAD software experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Construction management degree or related field
- Valid driver's license
