About the role
As a Superintendent with Arizona's largest spec builder, you will take full ownership of our fast-paced residential job sites. This role gives you the platform to direct critical field operations, manage elite trade partners, and rapidly advance your career. You will directly impact our production velocity and build quality while operating with high autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Direct all day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure residential projects hit strict scheduling milestones.
- Command trade partners and subcontractors with a constructive, positive, and authoritative leadership style.
- Plan field operations proactively each week to anticipate resource needs and eliminate potential build delays.
- Enforce strict quality control standards and local building codes through rigorous daily site inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and highly efficient job site compliant with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct professional walk-throughs with homeowners to deliver exceptional customer service and project transparency.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a construction professional in field operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and blueprints.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage diverse trade crews with urgency.
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience managing residential construction sites as a primary Superintendent.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing digital scheduling software and mobile project management tools.

Pay
$75,000 - $100,000 base salary plus performance bonuses and commissions.
