Construction Superintendent - New Construction / Residential

About the role

Highly regarded Queens-based family-owned general contractor focused on ground-up high-rise residential buildings and affordable housing projects in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction operations for projects valued at $15 million or more
• Manage day-to-day field execution, scheduling, and coordination with trades
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Interface with owners, architects, engineers, and municipal agencies

Requirements

• Mid-career Superintendent with 5+ years of construction experience
• Direct experience on residential high-rise or large multi-family projects
• Proficiency with Procore and AutoCAD preferred
