Job Description

• Lead day-to-day site operations on commercial projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety compliance
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Collaborate with PMs to deliver projects on time and budget

The Successful Applicant

• A successful Superintendent should have:
• 3-7+ years in Superintendent or field leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction sequencing
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Detail-oriented with solid communication and leadership skills
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
