The K-12 Construction Superintendent will play a critical role in delivering large-scale school and educational facility projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule performance from groundbreaking through completion.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on K-12 construction sites, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Report to Senior Operations Leadership and be responsible for leading all field operations on assigned education construction projects
- Direct day-to-day site activities from mobilization through project closeout
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality standards
- Enforce safety programs and promote a culture of jobsite excellence
- Coordinate construction activities with project management and client stakeholders
- Lead site logistics, inspections, and quality control processes
- Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve field issues
- Maintain clear communication with school district representatives, design teams, and leadership
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering K-12, education, or large institutional construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations
- Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades on complex projects
- Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and quality assurance
- Ability to build relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and community stakeholders
- Experience utilizing construction management software and scheduling tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
