Construction Superintendent (Commercial)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up and renovation projects across South Carolina. This is an opportunity to join a growing, well-established general contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and safely
• Cook up coordination with project managers, owners, and inspectors
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards
• Lead jobsite meetings and reporting

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial construction experience
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
• Able to manage multiple trades and fast-paced projects
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
• Strong leadership and communication skills
