Commercial Construction Superintendent

About the Role

You will serve as a key field leader, taking complete ownership of jobsite operations, subcontractor management, and project execution. This role offers you the chance to drive high‑visibility commercial and federal projects while building long‑term industry relationships. Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, trade partners, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain look‑ahead schedules to identify potential delays early and keep projects moving forward.
• Enforce strict site safety standards to cultivate a safe and organized environment for all workers.
• Conduct pre‑installation meetings and ongoing site inspections to maintain high quality standards.
• Partner with Project Managers and clients to deliver clear communication and resolve site issues.
• Utilize Procore management software to log daily reports, document progress, and manage RFIs.
• Drive project closeout and punch‑list completion to ensure clean and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record leading commercial construction jobsites as a Superintendent or Field Leader.
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, trade sequencing, and overall project schedules.
• Technical proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial, government, or federal construction leadership.
• Active OSHA 30 certification or specialized trade safety training.
• Working knowledge of digital construction management platforms such as Procore.
