With 50+ years in business, we are a 300-person, ENR TOP General Contractor specializing in a wide range of construction projects valued between $5 million and $30 million.
About the role
We are currently hiring for an experienced Superintendent with a heavy focus in Class A Interior projects across Commercial, Education, Healthcare & Medical sectors.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive field oversight on projects
- Schedule and manage daily activities to meet project milestones and completion date
- Manage subcontractors and all on-site personnel
- Lead the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, and ensuring adherence to safety standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor, with a focus on large-scale Class A interior fit-outs
- Ability to travel to project job sites within the Raleigh-Durham area (up to a one-hour radius)
- Local knowledge of subcontractors and the market
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
