Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to service and repair requests for Jacuzzi bath products
- Comfortable traveling and working in customers' homes
- Strong customer service skills for dealing with escalated customers
- Knowledgeable in a broad range of construction and remodeling work including bath/shower installation
- Perform various types of service calls such as shower/bath fixture repair, carpentry, plumbing (cartridges, shower heads, handhelds, flooring repair, acrylic wall repairs, drywall repair, etc.)
- Manage and maintain tools and product inventory
- Aid in building out new trucks for the installation team
- Help with home show displays, set up, and tear down (tear downs are completed on Sunday nights)
- Assist the installation team as needed
Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive plumbing, service, and shower/bath installation experience
- Ability to manage a job site frequently without assistance
- Willingness to provide feedback and help develop installers
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Dependability and thorough follow-up and responsiveness
- Team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
Pay and Benefits
Compensation: $23.00/hr + with room for growth.
Full-Time Hours: Monday- Friday (Monday - Friday schedule with potential OT)
