Construction - Service Technician

About the role

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. The Service Technician is responsible for managing daily service and repair activities.

Responsibilities

The Service Technician drives installation revenue via strong lead installer relations, high quality service/ installation, strong organization, and overcoming service/ installation obstacles.

• Respond to service and repairs of Jacuzzi bath products
• Travel and work in customers' homes
• Provide strong customer service skills to deal with escalated customers
• Perform a broad range of construction and remodeling work, including bath/shower installation
• Complete service calls, such as shower/bath fixture repair, carpentry, plumbing, flooring repair, acrylic wall repairs, and drywall repair
• Occasionally remove and reinstall showers/baths
• Manage and maintain tools and product inventory
• Assist in building out new trucks for the installation team
• Help with home show displays, set up, and tear down
• Assist the installation team as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction/remodeling experience, including progressive plumbing, service, and shower/bath installation experience
• Ability to manage a job site without assistance
• Ability to share feedback and help develop installers to be more effective in their roles
• Effective communication and relation skills with all levels of employees and customers
• Dependability, with thorough follow-up and responsiveness
• Strong team player with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and adapt to changing situations

Pay

Compensation: $30.00/hr + with room for growth.
